Lee Jung-Jae as Yeom Seok-Jin
An official of the Provisional Government of Korea in the 1930s. He will plan the entire assassination scheme. [sr] He gained trust through accumulation of legendary accomplishments in countless plans, organizes the plan and orders Ok-Yoon and the group of murderers the plan. [sr]
Ha Jung-Woo as Hawaii Pistol
A professional killer [sr] who works for anyone, disregarding the nationality or gender, in the trade of 300 dollars [sr]
Jo Jin Woong as Soksapo
